Terms of service
In plain English
The rules for using uniqbot.ai, and how a UniqBot subscription works: a free 30-day trial, then a yearly subscription per venue, under an agreement we both sign.

Who we are
uniqbot.ai and the UniqBot service are published by Uniq Project Sàrl, 30 rue du Rhône, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, company number CHE-209.958.991. In these terms, "we" means Uniq Project and "you" means the person or company using the site or the service.
What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website. The UniqBot service itself is provided under a written agreement signed by your company and Uniq Project: the Master Subscription Agreement, an Order Form and the Data Processing Agreement. Where these terms and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails. Nothing on this site is a binding offer: prices and descriptions may change, and only a signed Order Form commits either of us.
Using this site
You may browse the site, read its content and contact us through its forms. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or reuse the content of the site by automated means;
- try to access parts of the site or of UniqBot you are not authorised to use, or test their security without our written consent;
- send false information, unsolicited messages or malicious code through the forms;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms Uniq Project or other users.
How a subscription works
This is a summary. The signed agreement sets the exact terms.
- Free trial: 30 days from the day your first system is connected, with every feature and no setup fee. If you do not continue, you pay nothing and your data is deleted.
- Subscription: if you continue, a 12-month subscription starts the day after the trial and renews every year, unless either of us gives notice at least 60 days before the end of the term.
- Price: per venue and per month, in US dollars before tax, with a minimum of 10 venues. The price per venue depends on the total number of venues, as shown on the pricing page. Venues added during the year are billed pro rata.
- Setup: $999 per connected system, payable only if you continue after the trial.
- Billing: once a year in advance, payable within 30 days.
- AI usage: $5 per venue a month is included, shared across your venues. Beyond that, you can connect your own key from your AI provider at no extra cost from us, and that provider bills you directly.
- Modules: optional modules are billed per venue, only where you activate them. A module marked "coming soon" is billed only once it is available and switched on for you.
Your responsibilities
You keep the access to your own systems valid, decide who in your team uses UniqBot and with which rights, remove people who leave, and keep phones and accounts secure. You inform your staff, and where the law requires it their representatives, before using features that concern them. Answers sent to a phone are under your control once they arrive there.
Our commitments
We provide UniqBot with reasonable skill and care, keep it available 99.5% of the time each month outside planned maintenance, answer support requests on business days, host your data in the European Union, and never use your data to train AI models. The details are in the signed agreement and on the security page.
Intellectual property
The UniqBot name and logo, the site, its texts, images and films, and the software belong to Uniq Project or its licensors. Your data remains yours. Using the site gives you no right to our trademarks or content beyond reading them.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this site. Liability for the UniqBot service is set out in the signed agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Changes do not alter an agreement already signed.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to an appeal to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
